okay. now i'm stuck at IT help desk.
that stupid idiot faci,
dun noe who la.
ask us to install photoshop and illustrator.
but he didnt inform the IT help desk people.
so we couldnt get the progams installed.
okay. today problem statement gave me headache.
"Jeanie felt that travelling a distance of 37 m within 17.7 nanoseconds
at 99% of the speed of light did not seem right.
She did the following calculation:
Speed of pions = 0.99c = 0.99 x 3.00 x 108 m/s = 2.97 x 108 m/s.
Distance travelled in 17.7 nanoseconds = 2.97 x 108 m/s x 17.7 x 10-9 s = 5.3 m.
According to Jeanie’s calculation, the pion beam should lose half of its intensity after travelling only 5.3 metres, whereas a book written by a learned scientist says that the distance is actually 37 metres. What is wrong with Jeanie’s calculation?"
Wah, in the first place what is PIONS!
and i dun noe anything about E = mc^2
at least facilitator is good enough to guide and teach us along for the worksheet.
but the most crucial question is question 10 and 11.
and she stopped at question 9. -_-'''
so have to try everything by ourselves. :(
and i tried to solved it.
and we got the correct answer i think.
got 37.5 m, the difference is 0.5m.
so hopefully we are correct.
okay. that stupid facilitator still haven reply yet. :(
i am very bored now. :l
